site specific installation
For the installation in the former brickyard in Liptovský Mikuláš (Slovakia) I used my older photographs, which were taken in the plein air in Lubná near Polička (CZ). I was fascinated by the amount of construction waste that was ubiquitous in such a small village. I combined the photos of the building rubble with a video of the shots in the minning quarry - the production of one of the building materials. Photographs on the transparent fabric hung in the space of one of the brick cubicles, while the projection shined them from above.
