documentation of drawings of dying snails, attempt to save them
On 10th July 2010, herbicide chemicals were applied on an abandonned railway in Pilsen. Flowers on the rail dried instantly. The following day, I found there many snails exposed to enormous summer heat.
I documented traces of snails - lines of slime shining in the dirt. The line and its gesture reports on snails run for life. Runs were mostly unsuccesful. On the end of each line I found a boiling, dying snail. I threw every snail I found into the shadow of unaffected, living plants. The rail was 1 kilometer long.
